your MAILING ADDRESS & PAYMENT CHOICE and wait for our confirmation
email BEFORE sending your payment. For INTERNATIONAL orders, please
your contact telephone number for EMS purposes. PLEASE DO NOT
SEND CASH!! All emails will be answered in a timely manner, mostly within 72
hours. If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, please feel
free to contact us again. We
do not offer any holds, payment arrangement or lay-away plans. All
items are available on
a first come, first served basis. All payments must be
no later than one week after recieving our order confirmation email or
will forfeit your right to purchase the item.
All orders are processed &
shipped out in the order received. Our normal shipping time is anywhere
from 1 - 2 weeks AFTER we RECIEVE the payment. Sometimes it can be
sooner, on a case by case basis.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. All
cel descriptions are as accurate as possible & sold as is. If
you have any questions regarding the cel's condition etc, it is the
clients responsibility to ask us BEFORE you place your order.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON.
PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE THAT YOU CAN
AFFORD THE PURCHASE, BECAUSE IF YOU RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
FROM US & FOR WHATEVER REASON, THE ORDER / TRANSACTION IS NOT
COMPLETED, YOU WILL BE PLACED ON OUR BLACKLIST & WE WILL NOT ACCEPT
ANY FUTURE FROM YOU.
& NON-PAYMENT : If a client does not respond to
our emails in a TIMELY manner, we will assume that they are no longer
interested in the cel or item that they inquired about & the
inquiry or order will be cancelled. IF this happens more than
once by the same client, they will be blacklisted from our site.
The same applies for clients who do not make their
payment within the prescribed time.
SALES TAX :
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS MUST PAY 9.5% SALES TAX, which will be added to
your total order.

PayPal users will be assessed a charge of 3%
PayPal Service fee for all orders $200.00 & up, & a charge of
for all orders $1000.00 & up. If you choose to
use "E-check" (part of PayPal), then there will be a flat fee of $5.00

We also accept
electronic bank wire transfers, however all charges to send the wire
& for us to recieve it, is the sole responsibility of the
buyer. The wire acceptance fee will be notified to the buyer in
advance and then added onto the final payment amount.
SHIPPING & HANDLING INFO ;
ORDERS: We use USPS services. Your merchandise will be sent by Insured
U.S. Priority Mail. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We prefer to ship all of our
International orders by
trackable Priority Mail Express; but we can also ship by Priority Mail International; the
main differences is the delivery time & fees. If a client has their
own shipping account with UPS, DHL, Fed Ex etc, we can certianly ship
out by that route as well. Charges will vary from country to country by
its weight & size, so you will be notified of the charges at the
time of the order.
Customer pays for all shipping, handling, import duties and insurance
charges. All claims
on any damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise must be made immediately by
email to Anime
CANCELLATION POLICY :
you place your order, please make sure that you definitely want the
item and that you have the necessary funds to make the purchase. We
down upon cancellations or non-responsive clients and you will be put
on our blacklist if either one occurs. Cancellations tie up the
merchandise unnecessarily and we may loose other potential customers
that may have wanted that same particular item. Please take personal
when placing your order.
2) Blacklist: All
customers who do not respond to our emails at all (after your initial
order email has been recieved & replied to) or payment is not
made within the prescribed time (unless prior notification was emailed
to us) or makes false statements to us in regards to stating that
payment was mailed out when it wasn't & thus the bottom line:
time & efforts.....will be grounds for immediate order cancellation
& be put
onto our blacklist database that we share with our other cel dealer
associates, both in the U.S. & internationally.
purchases: All paid purchases that are abandoned & unclaimed
for over 6 months, will become the property of Anime Link once
again. No refund will be issued.
